What we do
You bring an identifier. We return current contact details for that person, drawn from sources we are licensed to hold. Each request stands alone and is recorded against your account.
Search on ID number, name and surname, or a known phone number. Returns telephone numbers, email addresses and the last-seen date for each.
You record a lawful purpose when you register, and again when it changes. Lookups outside that purpose are declined rather than billed.
A principal manages seats, assigns credits and sees every lookup their team runs. Two-factor authentication on every account.
Getting access
We are a credit bureau, not a directory. Nobody reaches a search box before we know who they are and why they are searching.

Complete the access form. Company details, registration number, and the purpose you intend to use lookups for.

We verify the entity and the stated purpose. This is a human review, and we do decline applications.

Your account opens. You choose an individual or team plan, or register for pre-paid credits only.

Credits load immediately. Invited team members join under the principal without repeating the vetting form.

Every number below is on this page because you should be able to work out your own cost before you speak to us.
1 credit = 1 contact lookup. That is the whole unit. There is no separate report fee, no per-seat licence, and no charge for the search interface.

Top-up credits
Pre-paid credits are used before your included credits, because they expire sooner. They last 30 days from the day you buy them.

If you regularly need more than your included credits, a seat is usually cheaper than a top-up. The calculator says so when that is true.
No subscription
Register, get vetted, buy credits. Nothing recurs. A principal can buy credits and assign them to team members; once assigned, credits stay with that user. All pre-paid credits expire 30 days after purchase.

Compliance
Anyone can hold data. The reason to buy it from a bureau is that the bureau can account for where it came from and who looked at it.
Registration NCRCBxx. Operating under the National Credit Act as a registered credit bureau.

Every lookup carries a user, a timestamp and a stated purpose. Principals can export the log for their team at any time.
Questions
One credit buys one contact lookup. At present every lookup costs the same, whatever identifier you search on and whatever comes back.
TO CONFIRM — this is the first question any serious data buyer asks. Answer it plainly, whichever way you decide.
Included credits expire at the end of the calendar month. Pre-paid credits expire 30 days after you buy them. Because pre-paid credits expire sooner, we spend those first.
No. A principal assigns pre-paid credits to a user when purchasing them, and they stay with that user. Included credits belong to the seat they were issued to.
Often, yes — a seat costs R300 to R350 and brings 500 lookups, while 500 top-up credits cost R850 to R1 000. We would rather tell you that than have you find out later. The calculator above works it out for you.
No. Access is per-lookup, vetted, logged and bound to the purpose you registered. Bulk requests are declined.
